An investment of RMB 197 million will be invested in the first phase of the electronic special gas project, and 12 sets of electronic special gas production and auxiliary devices will be built. Now, all kinds of administrative approval and audit procedures have been completed, the project construction is progressing smoothly, and the series of products will be put into production after December 2019. The project adopts cryogenic distillation, physical and chemical adsorption and other advanced technologies and equipment to produce electronic special gases and mixed gases. Products include 5N Neon, 6N Helium, 5N Krypton, 5N Xenon, Aerospace-grade 6N Xenon, 6N Hydrogen, 7N Carbon Dioxide, 5N Carbon Monoxide, 6N Nitrogen, 6N Argon, Hydrogen chloride-based laser mixing gas, Fluorine reference molecule laser mixing gas, dynamic laser mixing gas and other series of electronic special gas, so that we have electronic gas cylinder processing and high purity gas analysis capabilities.
